Dear AMSA International Members, Guests and Alumni,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to our organization. I trust that our website, as it continues to rollout over the coming months will be the information hub of our organization, our activities and members.

To our members and alumni, I hope you use the launch of our website as a place to improve your knowledge of regional health issues that affect us all, learn together, establish, revive, work on, and maintain viable personal and professional relationships that have the potential to last well into the future as well as contribute to the discipline of healthcare in our region.

AMSA International’s philosophy (“Learning, Action and Friendship”) works towards an important component of the self-directed learning paradigm of medical education today. I congratulate you all on having taken the step to engage with future colleagues that represents the keenest of the keen and most motivated of medical students in our region and the world.
